Foothill Technical Solutions, LLC is owned and operated by Ray Nuguit.  Ray has been an IT professional since 1995.  He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management as well as a certificate in Networking and Telecommunications from San Jose State University.   Ray is also an expert with most popular Desktop and Network Operating Systems, Help Desk Management Systems, and Network Security.  Throughout his career, he has served as a Technician, Webmaster, Network Engineer, Systems Administrator, Database Administrator, Help Desk Manager, Network Security Administrator, and Project Manager.

After working almost 20 years combined for Kodak Business Services, Stanford University and University of the Pacific, Foothill Technical Solutions, LLC was founded in 2004 with the customer in mind.
